LaDonna started in the Beauty Industry over 20 years ago as a Beauty Professional and Lash Enhancement Expert. Prior to becoming a Make-up Artist/Licensed Esthetician, LaDonna worked in the Financial Industry as a Project Manager in the Asset Management Department for a Fortune 500 Company.
The true passions of her heart began to strengthen, so LaDonna swiftly transitioned and redirected her focus to the Beauty Industry. With her commitment to raising self-esteem to encourage and exhort those around her, she found the beauty industry much more rewarding because of its ability to impact external and internal beauty as well.

Prior to becoming a Make-up Artist/Licensed Esthetician, LaDonna worked in the Financial Industry as a Project Manager in the Asset Management Department for a Fortune 500 Company. The true passions of her heart began to strengthen, so LaDonna swiftly transitioned and redirected her focus to the Beauty Industry.
With her commitment to raising self-esteem to encourage and exhort those around her, she found the beauty industry much more rewarding because of its ability to impact external and internal beauty as well.
